1. Introduction

Welcome to Surf Camp Taghazout Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a service with us, you (“customer”, “guest”, or “client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms comply with UK consumer protection laws and international travel regulations.

2. Payment Policy

To confirm a booking, customers must choose one of the following payment options:

  1. Full Payment: Customers may pay the total booking amount at the time of reservation.
  2. Deposit Payment: Customers may choose to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
  • Payments are processed in EUR (€) via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment gateways.
  • Any transaction fees, exchange rate differences, or bank charges are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Deposit & Refund Policy

  • The 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If a customer cancels after paying the deposit, it cannot be refunded or used as future credit.

For customers who have paid the full amount upfront:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in: A full refund will be issued, minus any administrative or transaction fees.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before check-in: A 50% refund of the total amount may be granted at our discretion.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, or failure to show up: No refund will be issued.

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Requests to change booking dates must be made at least 14 days before arrival and are subject to availability.
  • Changes requested less than 14 days before arrival may incur additional charges or may not be possible.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 7 days of check-in) cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Political unrest or government travel restrictions
  • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
  • Flight cancellations or transport disruptions beyond our control

Refunds in such cases may not be possible, but we will assess each situation individually and may offer rebooking options, subject to availability.

6. Travel Insurance & Liability

  • Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal liability.
  • Surfing and adventure travel involve inherent risks. Guests participate at their own discretion. Surf Camp Taghazout Ltd is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal losses during the stay.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
